These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phjill platform, including all casino games, sports betting, promotions, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

phjill operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Services are intended for eligible Filipino residents.
Each individual may hold only one phjill account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances, bonuses, and winnings. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.
All phjill promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions detailed in each offer's terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable rollover conditions are met. Abuse of bonus systems will result in account suspension.

phjill reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility (government-issued ID, proof of address, etc.) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 Registration. To use the phjill Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. phjill accounts are registered to individuals, not to entities.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) phjill account. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts—whether under the same or different identity—is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phjill reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any resulting balances, bonuses, or winnings without prior notice.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phjill complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements under PAGCOR's regulations and Philippine AML law. Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID), a selfie for facial comparison, and proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, barangay clearance) before withdrawals are processed or during account review.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjill login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. phjill will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify phjill immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3.5 Account Accuracy. You are obligated to keep your registered account information current and accurate. Updates to name, address, or contact details must be made through official phjill account management channels and may require re-verification.
4.1 Deposits. Players may fund their phjill Casino Wallet using any payment method listed on the official Deposit page, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. phjill does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must withdraw to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account registered in their own name. phjill reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframes. phjill targets the following processing timeframes: GCash and Maya – within 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) – within 1 to 3 business hours. These timeframes are targets and may be affected by third-party processing times, AML review, or system maintenance. phjill is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the phjill Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees. An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for twelve (12) consecutive months. phjill reserves the right to apply an account inactivity fee of up to PHP 100 per month after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The fee will not reduce account balance below zero.
5.1 All bets placed on phjill are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players acknowledge that game outcomes determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process are final and not subject to reversal, except in cases of documented technical failure.
5.2 In the event of a technical failure during a game session, phjill will follow the applicable game provider's void/replay policy. Where a round cannot be completed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.
5.3 phjill reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) exploitation of software errors; (b) use of prohibited automated betting software or bots; (c) collusion between players; or (d) any activity that phjill or PAGCOR determines to be manipulative, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.
5.4 Maximum win limits may apply to individual game rounds, sessions, or promotional periods, as published in the Platform's game rules or applicable promotion terms.
6.1 phjill offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentive programs from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Players must read and accept these terms before claiming any promotion.
6.2 General Bonus Conditions. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Where a Player attempts to withdraw before meeting rollover requirements, phjill will remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, returning only the uninvested real-money balance. Deposits made during an active bonus round are subject to the bonus terms in effect at the time of deposit.
6.3 Abuse of Bonus System. phjill actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements; and systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics. phjill reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.
6.4 phjill reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjill Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement:
All content on the phjill Platform – including but not limited to the phjill brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, video streams, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of phjill or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of phjill. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
9.1 phjill provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While phjill makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, phjill does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phjill's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phjill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even where phjill has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phjill's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 phjill is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling among its players. phjill provides the following tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players wishing to permanently self-exclude from the phjill Platform must contact phjill support. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During self-exclusion, phjill will take reasonable steps to ensure that the excluded player cannot access the Platform, including suppression of all marketing communications.
10.3 phjill cooperates with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion register. Players listed on this register may not hold or use a phjill account. phjill conducts screening against this register as part of its KYC process.
10.4 Players in need of gambling-related support are encouraged to contact the PAGCOR Problem Gambling Helpline or the National Center for Mental Health crisis line at 1553. Both services are free and confidential.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may close their phjill account at any time by contacting phjill support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
11.2 Termination by phjill. phjill reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player is in breach of these Terms; (b) phjill is required to do so by PAGCOR or any law enforcement authority; (c) phjill has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; or (d) the Player's conduct poses a reputational or legal risk to phjill.
11.3 Where an account is terminated by phjill for breach of Terms, phjill reserves the right to withhold and void all Bonus Funds, free bet credits, and winnings derived from bonus activity. Real-money deposits may be returned at phjill's discretion following AML and fraud screening.
12.1 These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the phjill Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a phjill transaction, game outcome, or account decision must first submit a formal complaint to phjill's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. phjill will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and respond substantively within seven (7) business days.
12.3 Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Department. phjill will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication process.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with phjill's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phjill with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
